Species Information
The Edmontosaurus, a hadrosaurid inhabiting North America(more specifically Montana, Nebraska, and New Jersey), lived during the Late Cretaceous period. The Edmontosaurus was more duck-billed than other dinosaurs and is well known for the crest since it is not as bony as other hadrosaurids. Research suggests that they were nomadic and traveled in large herds for protection from apex predators.
